1. If you had to describe yourself in a moment, what would that moment be?

An ecstatic accident.

“'The color of any planetary atmosphere viewed against the black of space and illuminated by a sunlike star will also be blue.' In which case blue is something of an ecstatic accident produced by void and fire.”  – Maggie Nelson, Bluets

2. What did you think about last night before falling asleep?

Jet lag is a delicious disorder. I always want to feel like I’m in between places.

3. What do you find beautiful?

A mind full of questions, a cluttered table, orange peels, the color blue.

4. What do you find exploring in your work? And why?

There is a place between joy and melancholy that I find myself stuck in. My work seems to try to make sense of this transitory state, for myself and for others.
